We understand that plans change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for all catering services provided by High Touch Catering.
All confirmed bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated event cost. This deposit secures your date, initiates menu planning, and allows us to begin sourcing premium ingredients and coordinating logistics on your behalf.
The remaining 50% balance is due 7 business days prior to the event date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to lena@hightouchcatering.ai. Cancellations are effective as of the date the email is received and acknowledged. Phone or verbal cancellations are not accepted.
We accommodate date changes when possible, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule made more than 30 days before the original event date will not incur additional fees. Changes made within 30 days are treated as a cancellation and rebooking under this policy.
Minor menu adjustments can be made up to 7 days before the event at no additional cost. Significant menu changes (more than 30% of items) within 7 days of the event may incur a replanning fee and are subject to ingredient availability.
In the event of circumstances beyond either party's control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, venue closures, or extreme weather — we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund (including the deposit) will be issued.
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, please email lena@hightouchcatering.ai with the details of your concern. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
