“We both came to San Francisco from countries that were at war with each other. We both arrived with almost nothing and rebuilt our lives in this city. We found each other — and recognized the same belief: that genuine care is rare, and there was room here for something completely different.”

We want to show the world that two women — one from Russia, one from Ukraine — can create peace, love, and care together, and overcome every obstacle in their way. High Touch exists because we chose to build what we wished existed.

Former high-performance coach and motivational speaker, Lena rose from server to Senior Manager in SF in record time, personally executing thousands of events — including 45 events in six days during a single conference week before founding High Touch. She curates every proposal, responds to every inquiry, and is personally present at every High Touch event.

16+ years of professional experience. Youngest head chef in a chain of pizzerias at 19. Ran children’s nutrition for an entire city. Recognized personally by the Ukrainian President. Became sous-chef in the US within two years of arriving — despite not yet being fluent in English. She leads every kitchen with the same discipline and warmth she has carried since she was 16.

For conference week events (Dreamforce, NVIDIA GTC, RSAC, JPMorgan Healthcare Week), book 3–6 weeks ahead — venues fill fast and logistics need lead time. For standard corporate lunches or receptions, 1–2 weeks is usually fine. Last-minute requests? Contact Lena directly — she handles urgent bookings personally and will tell you honestly what she can make work.
High Touch works with events from approximately $1,500. Most corporate lunches start from $35/person and networking receptions from $35/person for passed bites and grazing. Executive dining and full event care are priced based on scope. If you are not sure your budget fits, send it to us anyway. Lena will be honest with you. We may be able to suggest a smaller menu, a drop-off format, or a limited option that still takes care of your guests well.
Yes — this is one of our specialties. High Touch accommodates vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal, and kosher requirements. Chef Elena personally oversees dietary protocols for every event. We ask for dietary counts ahead of time and build labeling and separation into our service flow as standard.
Lena responds personally to every new inquiry, typically within 15–20 minutes during business hours. Every proposal is reviewed and curated by Lena herself. No automated responses, no AI-generated follow-ups, no junior team member. When you hear from High Touch, you are hearing from Lena.
We serve San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, and the East Bay. We work at office venues, hotel ballrooms, historic event spaces, rooftop terraces, and any location — including spaces with no kitchen at all. Tell us your venue and Lena will confirm the logistics and what she needs to make it work.
Guest count changes happen — we plan for it. Lena builds flexibility into every proposal. Final confirmed headcount is typically locked 48–72 hours before the event. Contact Lena directly with any changes and she will adjust the plan. No hidden change fees for normal fluctuations.
