Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)

Website usage data through PostHog analytics (page views, referral source, device type)
IP address and approximate geographic location
Browser type and operating system

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and coordinate catering services you have requested
To process payments and send invoices
To communicate about your events, including confirmations and follow-ups
To improve our website and services through analytics
To comply with legal obligations and health regulations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
PostHog — Website analytics. Data is processed via a reverse proxy through our domain.
Google Workspace — Email communication.
Supabase — Secure database hosting for client records.

5. Data Retention

Client contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship and for 3 years afterward for tax and legal compliance.
Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by IRS regulations.
Website analytics data is retained for 12 months.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption.
Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Our database is hosted on Supabase with row-level security and encryption at rest.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Delete your personal information upon request
Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data)
